Panels run on common open qPCR platforms, including Bio-Rad CFX, Roche LightCycler 480 and Applied Biosystems QuantStudio systems. Dye sets are listed on every product page.
One extract, more answers
The Pongo resistance panel runs on the same extract as the Glyphis wound and Lioness urinary panels, so pathogen and resistance results come from one extraction.

Need a target we don't stock?
We design and optimize singleplex and multiplex qPCR and RT-qPCR assays to your targets, dye set and instrument, typically in 3 to 10 weeks. Positive controls and a matched master mix can be included.
