Amplification Master Mixes

SeqOnce™ and Bandit Biosystems master mixes. Add your primer and probe panel, your sample and the master mix, and the reaction is ready to run.

HotStart

Inactive at room temperature

Every master mix uses a HotStart DNA polymerase that stays inactive at room temperature and activates after 2 minutes at 95 °C.

OneStep RT

Thermostable reverse transcriptase

RT-qPCR kits use a modified M-MLV reverse transcriptase with RNase H activity removed and increased thermal stability.

Complete

Everything in the box

All kits include nucleotides, buffers and nuclease-free water, and are optimized for our primer and probe panels.
