Overview

Ready-2-Test multiplex qPCR kit for sexually transmitted pathogens, mycoplasmas and ureaplasmas, vaginal flora, Candida species and 18 antibiotic resistance genes. The panel runs as 8 multiplex reactions using hydrolysis-probe chemistry across FAM, HEX, Cy5 and ROX. Each kit includes master mix, primers, probes and buffers, so the only thing you add is extracted sample. A human RNase P internal control is included in the plexes where indicated.

Compatible instruments	Instruments that detect FAM, HEX, Cy5, ROX (or equivalent wavelengths), including: Bio-Rad CFX96 / CFX384 and CFX Opus Roche LightCycler 480 Applied Biosystems QuantStudio 3, 5, 6, 7 and 12, and 7500 series
Storage	−20 °C. Pre-mixes may be thawed and refrozen up to 3 times.
