Overview

Qualitative multiplex RT-qPCR detection of six feline respiratory targets in two tubes. When paired with appropriate sampling and extraction methods, the panel is suitable for specimens from veterinary sources. The SPRY1 multi-species internal control monitors extraction and PCR inhibition.

Recommended cycling

Reverse transcription: 50 °C for 15 minutes
Enzyme activation: 95 °C for 2 minutes
40 cycles: 95 °C for 3 seconds, then 59 °C for 30 seconds
Collect fluorescence during the 59 °C step
